基于贯通综合素养成绩评价基础上的贯通素养教育

我校自2015年开始实施高端技术技能人才贯通培养项目,到今年已经进入第四个招生季。贯通培养项目基础教育阶段财贸素养教育的实施逐渐成为这个项目的关注点。本文通过实证研究,对2015级、2016级及2017级三届贯通学生素养教育的实施和素养成绩的评价进行深入研究,探索出我校贯通培养项目基础教育阶段实施财贸素养教育的教育主题、教育实施体系以及方法和途径。     

数控仿真软件在数控教学中的应用——以车削零件加工为例

为了提高《数控机床与编程》课程的教学质量,把数控仿真软件应用引入到课堂教学,并结合车削零件加工,展示数控仿真软件整体加工过程,结果极大提高学生课堂的兴趣,提高了教学效果,也提高学生的数控编程能力和数控机床操作能力,保证了教学质量。     

深部沿空掘巷窄煤柱合理宽度数值模拟分析

合理的煤柱宽度能够保证工作面巷道的稳定性,改善沿空掘巷维护状况,降低由于矿山压力造成的巷道变形,煤柱宽度的确定对于提高煤柱回收率、保障安全高效的生产起到积极作用。本文针对煤矿沿空掘巷具体生产地质条件,采用数值计算及现场试验相结合的方法,研究了沿空掘巷窄煤柱的合理的煤柱宽度,得到S2105瓦斯排放巷和S2106回风巷之间合理煤柱宽度为8 m,为该矿地质条件下煤柱留设的合理宽度确定提供了理论依据。     

基于因子分析法的物流供应商选择模型研究

为了解决在B2C交易实现过程中,由于物流配送供应商的选择不当,而出现配送周期长、费用高、退货退款率增加等问题,本文利用因子分析法探索选择物流配送供应商的合理方法,运用便捷有效的方法帮助电商选择适合自己的物流配送供应商。     

基于DEFORM微型齿轮模具入模角分析及选用

对微型齿轮模具入模角挤压成形的影响进行有限元模拟,利用DEFORM软件模拟其成形过程中的金属流动充填规律和变形中应力应变、载荷特征,揭示了其微成形过程的变形机理,选择合理入模角实验,挤出形状良好的微型齿轮。     

Multi-scale tests for serial correlation

This paper introduces a new family of portmanteau tests for serial correlation. Using the wavelet transform, we decompose the variance of the underlying process into the variance of its low frequency and of its high frequency components and we design a variance ratio test of no serial correlation in the presence of dependence. Such decomposition can be carried out iteratively, each wavelet filter leading to a rich family of tests whose joint limiting null distribution is a multivariate normal. We illustrate the size and power properties of the proposed tests through Monte Carlo simulations.     

Does Human Capital Protect Workers against Exogenous Shocks? Evidence from Panel Data on South Africa during the 2008‐2009 Crisis

The financial and economic crisis of 2008 and 2009 took a heavy toll on the South African economy. The economy contracted for the first time since 1998 and entered recession during the fourth quarter of 2008. The gross domestic product contraction was soon transmitted to the labour market. Between the second quarters of 2008 and 2009, employment fell by 3.8%. However, not all individuals were hit with the same intensity. Using panel data from a quarterly labour force survey unique in the African context, we find that human capital (i.e. education as years of schooling and workforce experience) provided a buffer against the shock. After controlling for observable characteristics, education and experience showed the potential to entirely offset the effect of the recession on the likelihood of employment. This has important policy implications, as it strengthens the case for strategic investments in human capital and helps identify the unskilled as having the greatest need for social safety net interventions during a recession.     

江西省耕地后备资源潜力分布及开发组合序列分析

[目的]根据耕地后备资源的分布特征研究其开发组合序列是有效开发利用耕地后备资源、补充耕地的重要前提。文章利用江西省耕地后备资源调查评价成果,以县为分级单元对全省耕地后备资源进行开发潜力分级,对江西省耕地后备资源开发组合序列进行研究,从而为江西省耕地后备资源的开发顺序提供参考。[方法]利用Arc GIS空间图形分析法、DPS数据处理系统两维图论聚类等方法确定开发潜力等级以及开发序列。[结果]江西省耕地后备资源开发潜力从高到底依次分为Ⅰ级潜力区、Ⅱ级潜力区、Ⅲ级潜力区和Ⅳ级潜力区,面积分别为2.726 672万hm~2、2.306 897万hm~2、2.873 594万hm~2、1.378 88万hm~2。[结论]根据两维图论聚类法分析结果得知,江西省各县地域相似程度较高可优先开发的组合有进贤县-南昌县-余干县-鄱阳县-彭泽县;袁州区-分宜县-上高县-渝水区-樟树市;进贤县-南昌县-余干县-鄱阳县-都昌县和樟树市-渝水区-上高县-高安市-奉新县-安义县-永修县等。     

Política de la legislación laboral en el sur de China. Las cámaras de comercio y otros organismos extranjeros ante las leyes sobre negociación colectiva

En 2010, tras la huelga en Honda, hubo protestas laborales en toda China. Los gobiernos de Shenzhen y Guangdong reaccionaron desempolvando los proyectos de Decreto sobre consulta colectiva y de Normativa sobre gestión democrática de las empresas, retirados con anterioridad. Pero tras la oposición frontal de cámaras de comercio y organismos gubernamentales extranjeros, hongkoneses y taiwaneses, volvieron a retirarse. Mediante entrevistas, los autores revelan los medios de influencia en la legislación laboral china de estos actores, cuyas actitudes dependen de la posición de las empresas representadas en las cadenas mundiales de producción y del modelo de relaciones laborales de su país o territorio de origen.     

Aggregation of the generalized fractional processes

The paper studies the interaction between aggregation and persistence pertaining to skip sampling of stock variables as well as temporal aggregation of flow variables for the generalized fractional processes. We show that, for skip sampling, the long memory feature at the zero frequency can arise from the aggregation of a generalized fractional series, while temporal aggregation does not induce such phenomenon. Simulation results are included to demonstrate the practical relevance of the theoretical results.
